If you wish to return your product because it was damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within seven days period. You may also get a refund depending on the product category and condition. Please read the detailed terms and conditions in the relevant category below. Please note that products “No longer needed” will not be eligible for return.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must not have been used, washed or worn. A product tried on to see if it fits will not be considered worn.
- At the time of return everything including the accessories, freebies, original tags, invoice and promotional code/voucher must be included with the product.
- The product must be returned in an unused condition with the return shipping label attached in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Please make sure not to put any stickers or tape on the manufacturer’s box.
- Both the information you provided while buying a product and while returning it should match in order to avoid any confusion. Please ensure the return form is filled in correctly.
- NOTE: In order to avoid any delay or inconvenience in process of your return it is important to attach the return label on your return parcel.
Issuance of Refunds
If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method from the table below. The shipping fee will also be refunded along with the amount you paid for the product you returned. The refund method that you select will determine the time required to complete a refund. Once we have received the returned product (2-3 working days) we will do a quality control check (1-2 working days) then process your refund.
